At Helix Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used mouth tape, breath trainers, and nasal strips cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • gift cards

  • sale items

  • personalized or custom products

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
